Saying goodbye is never easy. As Parks and Recreation embarks on its final season, bid farewell to the show by cooking your favorite breakfast foods! Since so many of our favorite Pawnee characters are such foodies...particularly breakfast foodies, I have sought out some delectable recipes for you to prepare in time for the final series premiere next Tuesday.
Belgian Waffles Inspired By Leslie Knope:
Stray from using Bisquick and take the Leslie Knope "DIY" approach.
What You'll Need:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Cooking oil
- 1 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 3/4 cup of Ap flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Corn starch
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Scrambled Eggs Unscrambled Inspired by Ron Swanson:
I found a scrambled eggs recipe fit for a king...or better yet, Ron Swanson.
What You'll Need:
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons milk
- One pat of butter
- Kosher salt
- Ground pepper
- Chives or parsley (Not pictured)

Mimosas Inspired By Tom Haverford:
Instead of hitting up the Snakehole Lounge for drinks, make them yourself. Tom would be so proud.
What You'll Need:
- Orange Juice
- Champagne
- Grenadine
Instructions:
1. Pour orange juice half way in champagne glass
2. Fill the rest of the glass with champagne
3. Add a splash of grenadine
4. Enjoy
