I have officially reached the age where most of my peers have stopped listening to new music. They have surrendered to the daunting task of tirelessly searching for new musical signs of life. Instead, they are complacent returning to the music that defined their youth. (And hey, who doesn't like dig up those old mix tapes and CDs from days of yore?)
Sure you could blame it on nostalgia. You could even rotate out one of these many excuses:
- "I don't have enough time."
- "There's too many choices."
- "I'm too old to relate to pop music."
